using excessive sipped going thru a school zone- going 70 mph on a 30 mph zone, signaling to move into the inside lane but staying in outside lane and when attempted to pass then moved into lane to cut the driver off. At the stoplight when taking this photo she exited her vehicle to exchange obscenities while leaving the car in park.
